Plan your collection, track samples, and keep your team aligned — without spreadsheets, WhatsApp chaos, or PLM software.
8 phases from strategy to launch Current week highlighted Task progress tracking
The problem wasn't effort. It was visibility: across products, phases, and weeks.
Factories needed samples earlier than expected, and everything rushed at once.
Multiple timelines. Multiple versions. No single source of truth.
Kanban boards don't understand seasons, long lead times, or launch windows.
Sound familiar?
Product range in Google Sheets
With a tab per category, a "master" sheet, and a backup copy someone emailed.
Sample updates in WhatsApp / WeChat
Factory photos buried 200 messages deep. Nobody's sure which version is current.
Tech packs in shared Drive folders
Three folders named "Final", "Final v2", and "FINAL USE THIS ONE".
Deadlines tracked in someone's head
Until that person goes on holiday, or the collection grows beyond what one person can hold.
Everything works… until the collection grows.
That's where seasons get missed.
A short note from the founders.
We tried to launch our own clothing brand and missed getting our sales samples ready for the sales window — twice.
It wasn't because suppliers were slow. It was because we changed direction too late. Not everyone was aligned early. The brand story wasn't shaped soon enough. And we underestimated how many products a new brand actually needs, not just one or two hero items.
We tried managing everything with Airtable, WhatsApp, and shared Drive folders. The result: multiple timelines, missing sample deadlines, and team members working from different assumptions.
We even looked at PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) tools — the software big brands use — and they were powerful, but clearly built for big organisations: long onboarding, heavy processes, and "contact us" sales cycles.
So we built the planner we wish we'd had.
KWOKAH exists to bring the important decisions forward — while there's still time to change things, and keep the team on the same page.
What we're building:
KWOKAH Team
Building the planner we wish we had
A season-aware planning tool for small teams — opinionated enough to guide you, flexible enough to fit reality.
Collections move in phases and weeks, not perfect dates. KWOKAH uses flexible week ranges so plans can shift without collapsing.
"SS26" means different timing in AU/NZ vs Europe vs North America. Templates give you a strong starting point — then you can tweak anything.
Keep product scope visible early so you're not scrambling late. Fashion planning breaks when the line grows quietly.
Labels, swing tags, packaging, approvals — the tasks that are easy to ignore early and painful to fix late. We include them by default as reminders, not rules.
Not enterprise PLM. Not a generic task manager. Structure without the overhead.
Real workflows for real fashion teams.
No spreadsheets. No hunting across tools. See products by category, track your current phase, and know exactly what needs attention.
From design to sales sample to approved — see where each product stands and manage all color variations.
Tech pack images, sample photos, and approved assets — organized by stage so nothing gets lost.
Navigate naturally from your studio overview down to individual color variations.

Clear hierarchy. No hunting through folders or spreadsheets.
A practical tech pack you can use today — with flat design blocks for common clothing items to help you move faster even before KWOKAH launches.
Building in public. Share feedback, see new screens, and request early access.
If you read this and think "that's us" — KWOKAH is for you.
10–40 SKUs per season. Production in Asia or Europe. A small team managing everything themselves.
People wearing multiple hats who need clarity, not complexity. Probably doing design, ops, and supplier comms at once.
Designers, buyers, and ops working from the same plan — not five different spreadsheets.
If you've ever scrambled at sales season or landed samples late, you already know the problem KWOKAH solves.
We're working directly with a small group of early fashion teams to shape the product. No spam. No hype. Just a calmer way to plan collections — and your input into what gets built.
